Sundays at Freedom

We celebrate the Lord's Day by gathering weekly and worshipfully to behold Christ and glorify God. Here's what you can expect each week:

We gather to worship through song

At Freedom, we aim to glorify God by lifting our voices to Him in song as we recognize his goodness and holiness. The Lord is great and greatly to be praised, so you can expect singing to be a significant element of the service. Expect to hear the voices of the congregation and be led in singing Biblically and theologically rich psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs.

We gather to worship through the proclamation of God's Word

The central aspect of our Lord's Day worship is the proclamation of God's Word. We believe that Scripture is divine revelation from God and is worthy of our commitment to the clear, bold, and unashamed preaching of it. Our pattern and practice is walking verse by verse through entire books of the Bible, week after week, allowing the text of Scripture-it's structure, tone, and message-to drive the sermon.

First time at Freedom?

Whether it's your first time at church, or just your first time at our church, we want you to know what to expect as you make plans to join us for worship. We seek to be a group of friendly and loving people coming together to worship a holy and glorious God. We are not formal, but desire to worship with reverence and joy through the elements of singing, preaching, prayer, giving, and the ordinances.
