We Believe that God is the Author of the Holy Bible and that His word is totally true, trustworthy, without any mixture of error and that the Bible is God’s revelation of Himself to man.

We Believe that there is one and only one living, eternal and true God and that God is revealed to us in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (The Trinity).

We Believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, and that He was conceived of the Holy Spirit, and born of the Virgin Mary.

We Believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for the sins of the world, and that He was raised from the dead bodily, and that He ascended to the right hand of the Father, and that He will come again.

We Believe that Jesus Christ is the only way, the only truth and the only life for salvation, and that a person must repent of their sins toward The Father and believe in The Lord Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior in order to be saved or born again.

We Believe that the Eternal Holy Spirit convicts of sin, calls unbelievers to salvation, regenerates, baptizes all true believers into Christ’s Church, adopts believers into God’s Family, seals the believers salvation in Christ, and indwells all true believers for ever (all of the above actions of the Holy Spirit take place at the moment the believer believes and repents, and these actions are a onetime event).

We Believe that all have sinned, and that all need to be saved because that the wages of sin is death. Whosoever will repent and believe can be eternally saved and secure in Christ forever.

We believe in the security of the believer. That God in His grace saves, sanctifies, and secures a believer so that one who is truly His cannot fall from grace or lose the righteousness Christ imputed to them.

We Believe The Mission of the Church is The Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20).  We also believe in The Stewardship of Life and possessions, and telling the Gospel to all.  We support Mission work, through our Southern Baptist Convention, State Convention work, and our local Associations.

We Believe that believers water baptism (by Immersion) and The Lord’s Supper are the only two ordinances given to the Church of The Lord Jesus Christ, and we believe that the only proper candidate for water baptism is a saved or born again person.

We Believe that God, in his own time and in his own way, will bring the world to its appropriate end.

We Believe that both Heaven and Hell are real, literal places and that they are eternal.

We Believe that marriage was ordained by God and is solely defined as one male and one female, entering into the covenant of marriage together and the two becoming one flesh. We further believe it was God’s design that a man and woman enter this marriage union for life.  (Genesis 2:18-25; Matthew 19:3-9; Romans 7:2 Ephesians 5:22-32)

We Believe that Jesus Christ is the only head of His church, and that He called pastors who are under-shepherds and servants to Christ and His church body.  The church members of the local church are to have regular business meetings, in order to vote on all church business.  Our authority comes from Jesus Christ and His holy written word, not from any pastor or leader.
